Above are two graphs demonstrating the price trend of eggs Benedict by year and by decade.

Working from the larger data set of menus containing either eggs Benedict or eggs Florentine, the team took the prices listed on each menu and adjusted each for inflation into 2017 dollars. We learned 1907 was a peak year for the price of the dish, and its reflected in prices by decade as well. Compared to other breakfast dishes we learned it was fairly premium item across different restaurants.
